Natural Materials: Because items may incorporate genuine or engineered stone, sintered stone, and marble slabs, minor variations in surface veining, texture, and tone are natural characteristics of the material and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Display Variance: We cannot guarantee that your monitor or mobile display will render colors and metallic sheens with absolute accuracy.
Pricing & Modifications: Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service without liability.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment Terms

Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an electronic or order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, limit, or decline your order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected unauthorized/fraudulent transactions.

Freight & Heavy Items: As our furniture pieces consist of high-gauge stainless steel, marble, and tempered glass, large items may be shipped via specialized freight carriers. You are responsible for ensuring clear, safe access for delivery personnel to your premises.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery by the carrier to your specified shipping address.

5. Cancellation, Returns & Refund Rights

Cancellation: Orders may only be canceled prior to dispatch by contacting our customer care team. Once an order has shipped, it must be handled through our return process.
Return Policy: Product returns, exchanges, and refund requests are governed directly by our transparent Return & Refund Policy.
Transit Damage & Defective Goods: Customers must inspect deliveries immediately upon arrival. In the rare event of transit damage or structural defects, you must notify Haniya Decore within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to initiate a prompt replacement or full refund.
